Being Judicial

We see a lot of comments about the actions of judges and whether or not they are being judicial or have a judicial temperament. But what exactly makes up a good judicial temperament? If you haven't been following the news, Judge Rosemarie Aquilina, a Michigan state court judge, sentenced Larry Nassar, a doctor who assaulted US Gymnastics team members, to 175 years in prison.
