Presidents Day 2018

Most of you aren't working today, right? For those of you are, here's a link to the Nevada Independent's analysis on why Lieutenant Governor Mark Hutchison can argue in court on recalls regarding state senators. Nor surprisingly, the article only mentions state ethical rules and nothing about the ethical duties of an attorney. What do you think? Did they miss anything?
