Least Productive Day Of The Year?

Some people claim that today and tomorrow are some of the least productive business days of the year due to the start of the NCAA basketball tournament. What do you think? Is there a less productive day where people are actually in the office, but work isn't getting done? Does your office have a viewing party? Anything else going on out there we should know about?
